Things I Hate About Co-workers Part I

There has to be one of these people in every company no matter the size. They are the people that seem to take joy in criticizing other individual’s creative work, yet never produce anything original themselves. Don’t get me wrong, constructive (emphasis) feedback is not only required, it is desired. But I swear these people must just sit at their desk, doing nothing, just waiting for the chance to take apart someone’s work so they can say, "look how smart I am!" I told one such person in my firm last week that "it is easy to criticize; it is another thing altogether to create." These people should be taken out back and shot. Ok, glad I got that off my chest. I feel better now.
