The copy reads, “If you really want to touch someone, send them a letter.” I love this ad for a number of reasons. The visual is so unusual and engaging I can’t see how anybody could just flip past it without at least taking a quick look at the brief yet powerful copy.
Even though I am on a computer for 12-14 hours most days, I still send handwritten letters and cards and I can’t tell you how much people appreciate the old school approach. Taking more time to send out handwritten notes was a New Years resolution I made a couple years ago and it has helped me both build and improve relationships with family, co-workers, and friends.
