When Advertisers Clash

September 27th, 2007  |  Published in Branding, Technology

Well some marketing folks at GoToMeeting and WebEx couldn’t be really happy about this. Nothing like having two direct competitors ads appears on the same page. But then again, this isn’t the print world anymore where something like this would be a little more unforgivable. My only other thought is if Digg is really the correct place to run Webinar ads.

Of course Digg reaches a high-tech audience, but are they really decision-makers as it relatesd to online conferencing software? And if they are (which I am), don’t you think we already know about each of these firms? Not a very intelligent ad buy on several levels.
