How much do you charge?
Estimates are created for each individual project based on the anticipated amount of time it will take, taking into account if you already have an email service provider, the number of design elements, and the copywriting required. Email campaigns can start as low as $250 and go into the thousands depending on the requirements.
How long will my project take?
Clearly it depends on your requirements, but usually under a week for smaller campaigns, however a detailed production timeline, with due dates for myself and you is provided at the start of each project.
How do you handle meetings?
If you are located nearby, we certainly can have a face-to-face meeting. In fact I would strongly suggest it. However, with 95% of my clients all work is done via phone, email, and interactive screencasts.
What email service do you use?
I’ve worked with almost a dozen of them, so if you have an email service provider, it is a pretty safe get that I have already worked with them. My preferred email provider is MailChimp. They offer a feature rich service that is easy to use, but also let users have up to 2,000 subscribers and send out 10,000 emails a month for free!
Will you purchase email addresses for me?
No, no, and no again. Not a service I offer. I despite SPAM in all shapes and forms. Although there are some quality third-party lists you can purchase, it is my experience the majority of them are “junk.”
Will I be able to edit my own e-Newsletter?
Of course. If I design an email template and set-up an email service provider account for you, the estimate will include a training session where I show you how to do add and manage your own content.
