Interactive Marketing

It’s safe to say the Internet has become one of the most important business communication tools available today, yet many businesses still don’t harness its power. From working with dozens, if not hundreds of firms, I believe the reason is simple. People simply don’t know what is possible.

Although everybody uses e-mail on a daily basis, they often don’t realize how easy it is to create a template in Outlook that looks just like their printed corporate letterhead. Or how easy it is to develop a monthly electronic newsletter (e-Newsletter), send out an e-mail campaign at the end of a quarter to drive sales.

The same goes for what is called search engine optimization (SEO). Head to any search engine and type in the name of your product. Are you in the top position? Most firms are not even on the first page, so all the money spent to develop their Website is wasted cause they are not going to garner much, if any search engine traffic.

And maybe most glaring of all, most folks don’t even realize they can purchase keyword adds on major search engines like Google, Yahoo!, or MSN for literally the change they can find in their couch.
